You can now use your booked Express Ticket straight away – for example, on your smartphone. No additional booking is required.

On the day of your visit, open your Express Ticket (e.g. on your smartphone) and show it at the Express entrances to the attractions included in your Express Ticket. You can then use the Express queue.

No. You can simply show your Express Ticket digitally on your smartphone.

Yes. Please collect your Express Ticket Platinum wristband from the Service Centre before using the service for the first time. The wristband must be worn on your wrist throughout your visit; it is non-transferable and is only valid in conjunction with the date-stamped wristband.

If an attraction included in your booked Express Ticket package is temporarily closed or cancelled on the day of your visit, you can simply use the corresponding Express ticket for another attraction included in the package.

Yes. We recommend that you download your Express Ticket to the free Heide Park app. That way, you’ll always have it handy.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING BOOKINGS

• The ticket entitles the holder to use the express entrances to the included attractions on the booked date
• The ticket is valid for one person only
• The ticket can only be used on the date for which it is valid and expires immediately afterwards
• The ticket cannot be rebooked for another day
• Admission to Heide Park Resort is not included; please purchase a separate ticket for entry
• No entitlement to a refund of the printed price or any part thereof; no right of return or exchange; resale is not permitted – even if individual attractions are closed
