Collect extraordinary moments that will become unforgettable memories!

Here’s how it goes:

1. You can activate your Photo-Pass at the Photo-Station near the entrance to the park. We are open until 12 p.m. You can also activate your Photo-Pass at our Wildwasserbahn, Colossos, or the Wüstenflitzer.
2. After each ride, add your photo to your phone by scanning the QR code or entering the number displayed on your photo. Your Photo-Pass can be accessed in the Heide Park app under "My Visit" or by scanning any QR code at a photo shop.
3. You have 12 hours to add the photo yourself. After this period, you will need to send us an email, and we will do it for you. If you experience any issues, take a photo of your image so we can help locate your content.
4. The Photo-Pass includes only digital images, you can visit the Photo-Station, Wildwasserbahn, Colossos, or the Wüstenflitzer (please note there is an additional cost for printed images).
5. Your photo will be saved on our system for 45 days, make sure you download them to your device within this period.

Please note:

• The number of open photo stations may vary daily.
• Due to technical malfunctions, the OnRide recording may be cancelled at individual attractions.
• You have to download your photos within 45 days. After that, your photos are no longer available.
