Pre-determined quotas are available for our different ticket types each day. If it is not possible to redeem a promotional voucher on one day, the quota for that day is already exhausted. In this case, please choose a different day of visit or a different ticket type.

There are two different types of promotional tickets. Please pay attention to the information below so that you can book your promotional ticket correctly and use it without any problems.

1. booking with an individual promotion code

(Promotion code is a sequence of numbers / letters)

• You use this when booking and do not have to show anything else on site, but can scan your ticket directly at the turnstile and start your adventure!
• ATTENTION: Redemption is only possible via the promotion link. You will find this extra link on your voucher. You will not have access to the correct ticket if you call up our ticket shop directly.

2. booking with a generic promotion code

(always 8 digits; promotion codes start with "23")

• To use it, please enter the promotional code in the corresponding field in the ticket shop and book the ticket shown. You must then hand in your voucher on the day of your visit.
• ATTENTION: You MUST hand in a voucher that matches the promotion code at the entrance. Your ticket will not be accepted without a matching voucher on site.
• This voucher is NOT available via online voucher portals.
• Please note that this ticket can only be used in conjunction with a valid voucher currently on the market.

Expired vouchers have not been extended and will not be accepted.

With the Merlin Adventure Pass you can visit the following Merlin attractions:

• Berlin Dungeon
• LEGOLAND® Discovery Centres in Berlin and Oberhausen

The Friends Special is only valid in conjunction with a valid Merlin Adventure Pass. The pass holder must be present during the visit and identify themselves with the Merlin Adventure Pass! If no Merlin Adventure Pass can be shown, admission is not possible with the Friends Special tickets. Not valid in conjunction with another pass!

As a holder of a valid Merlin Adventure Pass, book up to 10 tickets for your friends at a discounted price to spend a day full of extraordinary adventures together at Heide Park Resort.

Please note the rules for the friends special.

• Select the appropriate ticket and your visit date (if a date cannot be selected, there are unfortunately no more tickets available or it is an exclusion day for the Bring a friend promotion)
• Please note that the Bring a friend promotion cannot be used on a few days in the 2024 season.
• Exclusion days: May: 18.05. / July: 13.07., 20.07. and 27.07. / August: 03.08., 10.08. and 17.08. / October: 19.10., 26.10. and 31.10.

Heide Park Resort is also closed on the following days:

• August 31, 2024
• September 01, 2024 and all Mondays in September (September 02, 09, 16, 23 and 30)
